Q: What insurances do you currently accept?

A: We accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Medical Mutual, SummaCare, and United Behavioral Health. We also can bill as an out of network provider.

Q: What will the cost of my sessions be?
​
A: Every insurance company has a contracted rate. Once insurance is verified by our billing department, you will be notified of your out of pocket responsibility.

Q: Do you accept a sliding scale fee for patients who are uninsured?
​
A: Yes, we can negotiate a sliding scale rate that is affordable for you. We also accept the Open Path program.
​
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
​
A: Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, HSA, FSA, and cash.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
​
A: Please give 24-hour notice for cancellations or a $100 cancellation/no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. No fee if rescheduled within the same week of cancellation/no show.

Q: How quickly can I be seen for my first appointment?
​
A: Please call for information based on need. Patients seen within 7 days.

A: Monday By Appointment only
Tuesday 10 am - 7 pm
Wednesday 12 pm - 6 pm
Thursday 12:30 pm - 6 pm
