Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed with worry or sadness?

Have you just gone through a recent break-up?  Having a difficult time in college?  Maybe  you are struggling just to get through the day because it feels like the days never end.  This leaves you feeling alone, like no one understands.

Whatever your exact circumstances, you’ve begun to feel the toll of your anxiety or depression.  It's affecting your friendships, school, family relationships & overall mood…and you’re wondering what to do.

Adult Therapy can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can find real happiness. You can have a life free of this pain and sadness. You can go on to live a happy, well-adjusted, successful life. And I can help you get there.

Adult Therapy helps do 3 things:

  • Identify the root of the issues you're facing and path to recover.

  • Learn ways to express yourself and cope with your emotions in a healthy, productive way.

  • Build your self-esteem, develop coping strategies and have a better understanding of who you are so you can move forward and have a life of success.

I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to Adult Therapy comes from a place of empathy and hope: believing that you already have the tools you need for success, but you just need some guidance to get there.

FAQ's

Q: What are Adult Therapy sessions like?

A: We meet for the initial assessment where I gather background information to help determine a diagnosis and we develop a treatment plan together. Sessions consist of talk therapy, skill building and teaching you tangible strategies that you can use immediately to find relief.

Q: How long do you need to be in therapy?

A: It really depends on your needs and what is happening in your life. Sometimes there are specific situations that are causing your issues which calls for a shorter course of treatment. If you have been battling anxiety or depression for a long time, you could expect to go for multiple months.

Q: How do I know if Adult Therapy will work for me?

A: I have over 10 years’ experience working with adults struggling with anxiety and depression. I have devoted my entire career to developing ways to empower my clients so they can be in control of their lives. You will feel better about yourself and have a better path before you after treatment with me.

Q: How do we get started?

A: All you need to do is reach out to me by message, phone call or email and we can set up a free consultation to determine if your needs are something I can help with. Once we determine that, we will schedule an initial assessment to meet and begin treatment.
